Need to livestream an event properly, not just point a camera at it?

Your livestream represents your organisation

If your event matters to your audience, stakeholders or brand, the livestream needs to feel polished, stable and professionally managed.

Hybrid events are more complex than they appear

Balancing presenters, slides, audio, in-room attendees and remote viewers is a lot! And it requires careful planning and technical coordination. We help make the whole experience feel seamless.

Reach more people without sacrificing quality

Livestreaming allows you to extend your audience beyond the venue, but only when the viewing experience feels professional and reliable.

Get more value from every event

A livestream can become a replay version, highlight film and even social media content, helping you continue benefiting from the event long after it finishes.

Professional livestreaming across the UK

A professional livestream should do more than simply transmit video online. It should feel clear, stable, well-produced and properly branded.

We work with businesses, organisations, agencies and event teams that need livestreaming to perform reliably for conferences, internal communications, awards ceremonies, launches, webinars, panel discussions and hybrid events.

This isn’t a basic webcam-style stream. It’s a carefully planned production designed to create a better experience for viewers and a stronger outcome for your event.

1. Plan

Every project begins with discovery and pre-production planning.

This can include event schedules, platform selection, venue assessments, technical checks, connectivity planning, speaker requirements and rehearsals.

2. Prepare

Before the event, we finalise graphics, workflows, equipment requirements, venue logistics and streaming delivery plans to reduce surprises on the day.

3. Stream

On the event day, we handle setup, testing, rehearsals, live production and stream management. Crew size and technical requirements scale according to the complexity of the event.

4. Deliver

Following the event, we provide the agreed outputs, whether that’s the full recording, replay version, highlights package or social media edits.

Delivery & aftercare

After finalising the video, we provide it in the formats you need, optimised for your platforms. We also offer performance reviews, distribution insights, and strategies to help your video reach its fullest potential.

What a typical production day looks like

Most livestream productions involve equipment setup, technical testing, rehearsals, speaker run-throughs, live delivery and pack-down.

For larger events, setup may take place the day before to allow more time for testing and reduce pressure on the live production schedule.

Crew requirements vary considerably. Smaller events may only require one or two specialists, while larger productions often involve dedicated camera operators, audio engineers, vision mixers and production management.

What's included as standard?

A typical livestream package may include:

  • Pre-production planning
  • Camera setup
  • Professional audio capture
  • Vision mixing and live switching
  • Streaming setup and encoding
  • Basic graphics, titles and lower thirds
  • Live monitoring throughout the event
  • Delivery of the mixed event recording

The exact specification depends on the package and event requirements.

What's included as standard?

Some elements vary significantly from project to project and are therefore priced separately.

These commonly include:

  • Additional cameras
  • Extra camera operators
  • Advanced motion graphics
  • Remote contributor systems
  • Dedicated backup internet solutions
  • Outside broadcast requirements
  • Post-event editing
  • Travel and accommodation
  • ISO recording of individual camera feeds

Providing clear guidance upfront helps avoid unrealistic expectations and allows budgets to be planned more accurately.

Get in touch with us for more information on this – we’re open and transparent from the very beginning.

This flexibility allows the production to scale around the needs of each event.

Young Epilepsy

We at Young Epilepsy have had the pleasure of working with Open House Pictures on several projects, and we couldn't be more impressed with their work. They have helped us produce and capture videos featuring young people telling their real-life stories, bringing their experiences to life in a truly impactful way. In a separate project, they were tasked with creating three films simultaneously for different audiences – not an easy feat, but they handled it with creativity and professionalism. Open House Pictures has been wonderful to work with and collaborate with, always coming up with creative ideas to overcome obstacles and always super friendly to work with. We highly recommend Open House Pictures for any video production needs. Their dedication, creativity, and friendly approach make them a fantastic partner.

LIFE ACT commissioned Open House Pictures to create a short documentary showing behind the scenes of our upcoming show. Dan & Aidan were absolutely fantastic! From the initial meeting, to them being in the space and shooting footage, to the final cut was a pleasure. As the documentary centred around disabled & learning disabled actors and crew with varying communication methods, I was particularly impressed with the Open House's ability to clearly communicate what each shoot day's intentions were using various methods, including some bits of BSL and Makaton which helped ensure the process was inclusive, especially as many of the actors were interview for the documentary too. Communication between myself and the OH team was great too; we were kept in the loop throughout the entire editing process -giving us ample opportunity to ensure the documentary had the exact tone we wanted. Would absolutely recommend, and I hope to work with the team again.

We worked with Open House on 2 occasions, both times delivered great service and nailed the brief. Lovely team to work with, creative and professional. Our videos with highest impressions and engagement on TikTok and Instagram, were both produced by Open House. Would definitely recommend for commercial use.

I have worked with Open House on multiple occasions, but most recently we asked them to create an event video for our independent video game festival at Forge Warehouse in 2024. They were super responsive throughout the whole process, and an absolute dream to work with on the day. Made it very easy. Final product was spot on - expertly shot and edited. Looking forward to working with them again on any upcoming projects!

We worked with Open House Pictures on our client testimonial videos, and they were absolutely brilliant. Dan, who I worked with most, was professional, approachable, and full of creative ideas that really made the project come together. The whole team was easy to work with, super organized, and they made the entire process feel effortless. The quality of the final videos was excellent, and they really captured the message we were aiming for. I’d highly recommend Open House Pictures to anyone looking for professional and creative video production. Thanks again to Dan and the team for all your hard work!

We had the pleasure of working with Open House pictures who produced an absolutely fantastic film for us, documenting Life Act (a disability led theatre company). They carefully listened to our brief and created a film that was of the highest standard. The team are exceptionally capable and take great care in reaching the client’s expectations. They are hardworking and have a real eye for detail and will go the extra mile to produce the best quality work. Not only that, they are a pleasure to work with - friendly, thoughtful and professional. Highly recommended.
